Returns and refunds

Every set is printed after you order it, so we do not hold stock to swap from. We still want you to keep something you love, so here is how it works.

If something is wrong with your order

If a set arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email support@lunarabedding.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it or refund it in full — your choice. You will not be asked to ship it back.

If you changed your mind

You can return an unused set in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Email support@lunarabedding.com first and we will send you the return address; parcels sent without contacting us can take much longer to process.

Cancelling

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until printing starts, normally within 12 hours of ordering. After that the set is already being made and cannot be cancelled, but the return option above still applies.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank normally posts them within 5 to 10 business days.
