Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may decline an order and refund you in full if a product is mispriced, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, duty or import charge that applies where you live; applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Products

Every set is printed to order. Screens vary, so the colour you receive can differ slightly from the colour you saw. Dimensions are given to the nearest inch and may vary by up to an inch after quilting.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to VELMI GOODS LLC or are used under licence. You may not reproduce or resell them.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
