Making your order

Every set is printed and quilted for you by our production partner after you order it. That takes 5 to 7 business days before it ships. Sets may ship from outside the United States.

We would rather give you an honest range than a number you have to chase us about. If your order passes 22 business days, email support@lunarabedding.com and we will look into it the same day.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can show little movement while the parcel is between countries. If it has not moved for 7 days, email us and we will chase it.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Wrong address

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct the address at no cost. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
